  • Tim:
What is the use of a random pic of the day? What is the substance of it?

    Love,
    Your brother

    'Other' as opposed to?

  • John,
    It's something to do.

    Mrs.T,
I hate to echo that, but I was wondering the same thing. Tim?

  • I think you people need to get individual lives and leave Mr. T. Horn alone.

  • Anonymous Alert!
If Tim wanted us to leave him alone, he wouldn't have a blog would he? or would he?

  • I doubt he has a blog so that people can question the posts that he puts on it.~!

  • Allow me to briefly answer the original question:

John, there are several reasons I regularly post a random picture. These include wanting to keep fresh content on my blog (without having to write a post), desiring to share pictures with my readers that do not require (or deserve) much commentary, and enjoying an excuse to cull through my hard drive's many photos on a regular basis. Furthermore, the Random Pic of the Day allows me to express myself in a different manner than usual if I so choose, while at the same time providing an outlet for a wacky picture every now and again, often posted for no particular reason. (In truth, my Random Pic of the Day usually consists of whatever happened to strike my fancy while browsing my catalog of photos.)

The beauty of the Random Pic is that it is just that: Random. I post it because this is my blog and I enjoy doing so, even if no one else appreciates said activity (which I think many do, but their enjoyment is ultimately irrelevant in my decision-making process). To quote a famous man, "I do what I like." To answer another famous man, "Yes, I like what I do." As I believe my activities in this matter are consistent with God's Law, then in this case I am free to do what I like, and therefore do so.

I trust this answers your question. Thank you for asking.

    Tim

  • Tim:
Thank-you for answering my question so specifically.
