Random Pic of the Day - "Ken Starr and Caleb Hayden pose for the camera. One day Mr. Starr will tell his children that he had his picture taken with C.S. Hayden."
Since C.S. is incapable of inquiring about this pic (and since he probably wouldn't even if he could because he's in it) I will have to serve as a modest stand-in.
Could you perhaps enlighten us as to the occasion of this photo? How was it Mr. C.S. happened to procure a picture with the popular (and to some people, unpopular) prosecutor of our previous President?
Do you think that was written in proper C.S. Hayden fashion?
T.N. stands for Timothy Nathaniel. In my Vision Forum internship with my good friend Tim Horn, we had a Nathanael Cordz and a Timothy Horn. Consequently, I ended up being called "Darnell" and Nathanael Cordz ended up being called "Cordz." It always puzzled me that Tim didn't end up being called "Horn."
And, yes, it is kind of an odd feeling to have some of your closest friends call you by your last name.
I hope that sets your mind at sufficient ease, Anonymous. I'm curious as to what you thought it might have stood for.
Tim, I still await your explanation of this interesting photo with dear C.S.
That was a fine wedding, was it not? I still can't believe that I was bizarre enough to walk up to Ken Starr and have someone take my picture with him. That is, you know... a little extreme.

Hey Nathaniel,
To set my mind at ease. What does T.N. stand for? (Just wondering.)

Darnell (to continue the odd feeling),
The occasion of this photo of CS and KS was David Craven and Tracy Leininger's wedding in March of 2004. I trust you feel appropriately enlightened.
Regards,
Tim

Tim,
Thank you for the description! And, indeed, thank you as well for the propriety of it.
Blessings,
Nathaniel

Do you suppose Mark's future bride could be reading this blog?
