Michael prepares to deliver another killer serve.

  • I hear Michael has quite the serve. Remind me never to play against him in volleyball.

  • Nice shot! (from a photographic standpoint anyway)

  • Watch out! I know a good player when I see one! Did he learn to serve like that in California?

  • Yes, Michael is a fine volleyball player. He would give CS a run for CS's serving money should CS show his face in San Antonio in the near future.

  • Hey Michael,

    This is Dad!

I thought you were supposed to be working down there????

    Parties . . . campfires . . . volleyball . . . eating . . . more parties . . . amusement parks . . . more eating . . .

    What's going on down there?

  • C.S. will make an appearance in San Antonio sometime in the future, at which time he will attempt to give Michael a run for his money. Then, if C.S. loses, he will adopt the adage, "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em." Then C.S. and Michael will attempt to whip the opposing team with their respective serves.

Does this sound good to you?

  • CS, you really should take a closer look at the dangers of competition. Is it Biblical?

  • Good for you, anonymous coward!

  • CS responds:

In a world of scarce resources, competition is inescapable. (I just hope that Christian men do not start saying that competition is unbiblical and refuse to compete for a job with fellow job-hunters. Worse yet, perhaps they will say that competition is unbiblical, hunt competitively for a job, and thereby manifest their inconsistency for the world and for their families to see.)
